Consultation inquiries

When you submit an inquiry on our homepage or Contact page, we collect your name, email address, project location, selected service, and project description. We use this information to understand your project and respond to you.

Your inquiry is saved in Hash’s private website records through Lovable Cloud and emailed to vision@hashhomedesign.com. Your email address is included as the reply address. A saved inquiry may remain in our records even if email delivery fails. These records are not available for visitors to browse.

Hash groups consultation and room-styling requests with the same email address into private client profiles to track past conversations. The owner may add or correct a client’s name, phone number, project location, and private follow-up notes. These profiles do not create visitor accounts and are not public; original submissions remain separate from profile edits.

Room-styling photos and project details

For room styling, we collect your name, reply email, room type, project purpose, goals, optional budget and style preferences, and the room photos you choose to submit. Photos are resized in your browser before submission. Selecting a photo alone does not send it; processing starts when you submit your request.

With the AI-processing agreement selected, your submitted photos and project details are processed through Lovable’s AI Gateway using an OpenAI model to prepare an internal draft of styling suggestions for the Hash team. The draft is not shown or sent to you; the team reviews and edits it before personally sharing any suggestions. Processing services have their own data-handling terms; this policy does not promise that they retain no data or never use it for training.

When you submit a valid room request, the website saves your project details and uploads your photos to private storage through Lovable Cloud before attempting AI analysis. The owner can read your request and view the stored photos in Hash’s restricted, signed-in inbox, even if AI analysis or email delivery fails. The internal draft is added to that private record when available. The website then emails the Hash team your contact and project details with a link to the signed-in inbox; that email does not contain the draft or photo links.

Replies sent from the private inbox are saved with their send status and processed by Lovable’s managed email service. The recipient is the email address submitted with the inquiry. Hash may also import earlier room-styling notification emails into the same private records for follow-up; missing names or reply addresses are not invented.

Submit only photos you have permission to share. Avoid including people, children, identification, private documents, financial information, or other sensitive details. You can contact Hash directly instead of using AI room styling.

Storage and how long information remains

Room-photo links included in our emails expire after seven days. Link expiration limits access through that link; it does not automatically delete the stored photo, copies already downloaded, or related emails.

There is currently no automatic deletion period configured for saved inquiries, client profiles and studio notes, uploaded room photos, or holiday guide requests. Information may remain in website storage and our email records until it is removed. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline or that deleting a website record also removes email copies or provider records.

Services that process your submission

Providing these services involves more than the Hash team: Lovable Cloud handles website records and photo storage, Lovable’s managed email service processes delivery, and Lovable’s AI Gateway and its model provider process room-styling requests. Your information is sent to the services involved in the request you choose to submit.

Consultation records and uploaded room photos are not published in the website’s public gallery by these forms. Photo links are intended for our team, but someone who receives a valid link can access the photo until the link expires. Please do not forward those links if you want to keep that access limited.

Holiday guide and optional updates

If you request the holiday guide, we collect your email and optional first name, save your request, and use your email to deliver the guide. We also record your marketing choice and, if selected, when and what you agreed to.

Decorating tips and marketing updates require the separate, optional opt-in on the guide form. Submitting a consultation inquiry or room-styling request does not enroll you in a mailing list. Contact us if you want to withdraw a previous marketing opt-in.

Website operation and external links

The services that host and operate the website may process technical request information, such as network addresses, browser information, and pages requested, for delivery and operation. This notice does not specify a separate retention period for those services’ technical records.

If you follow a Google Maps or Facebook sharing link, that service handles information under its own policies. Those links do not send your consultation form or room photos to that service through our forms.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests

You can ask Hash about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw an optional marketing choice by emailing vision@hashhomedesign.com or calling 717-809-4333. Include the email used for your submission and an approximate submission date, but do not send sensitive documents with your request.

We may need to confirm which submission belongs to you before acting on a request. Deletion requests need to account for website records, uploaded photos, and related emails separately; removing one does not necessarily remove the others. This policy does not guarantee removal of copies held by other recipients or processing services.
